We sincerely hope that you are fully satisfied with the products you have purchased. You are responsible for checking that the goods you receive are correct before opening or using them. Should there be a problem with your order please get in touch via the “Contact Us” link at the top of the website.
Should you need to return the item, we will email you with a returns number. Returns will not be accepted without a returns number.
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days. We will endeavour to replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. Please make sure you retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect they must be returned in an unused condition. Return of unwanted items is at our discretion and we’ll only consider returns on goods that are unopened and in original condition with all the tags and/or packaging. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it.
If you wish to return your items because you have changed your mind, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be charged to you. In this case, delivery charges for returning the items are your responsibility and we may not refund you for the original delivery cost.
Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the delivery cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest you send them via a delivery service that requires a signature, such as recorded or special delivery. Refunds will only be made once goods have been received and checked. We will not refund the delivery charge on unwanted items or any PayPal fees incured.
